These Terms of Service govern the use of Good Tracking (“the Service”).
1. Use of the Service
The Service is provided for business and professional use. By using the Service, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a business entity.
2. Use of Artificial Intelligence Services
The Service relies on third-party artificial intelligence and data retrieval services to generate analytics and insights.
Good Tracking transmits certain user-provided inputs, including prompts and relevant business information, to providers such as OpenAI for AI processing and generation of results.
To retrieve Google AI Overview results, Good Tracking uses third-party search and data retrieval services, including SerpAPI. Only prompts are transmitted to these services. Good Tracking does not have a direct relationship with Google or Alphabet in connection with these results.
AI-generated outputs are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies. Good Tracking does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer represents and warrants that it has the right to submit all data provided to the Service, including company information, competitor information, and prompts.
Customers should not submit personal data, sensitive personal data, or confidential information through the Service. Good Tracking does not intend to process such data and disclaims responsibility for data submitted in violation of this provision.
4. Subscription, Termination, and Data Handling
Subscriptions remain active until canceled or terminated.
Upon deletion of a project, or termination or expiration of a subscription, project data will be handled in accordance with the data retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Tracking disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
