All payments in Good Tracking are handled securely through Stripe.

The free trial gives you access to the platform so you can explore how AI visibility works and see how your brand appears in AI-generated answers.

Each project includes a defined number of prompts based on your plan.

If you reach the limit, you can either adjust your prompts or upgrade the project to include more. This keeps pricing predictable while still allowing flexibility as your needs change.

You will start seeing results quickly.

Once a project is set up, prompts are checked daily. This means you typically get your first insights within a short time, and clearer trends emerge as data accumulates over time.

No. Good Tracking does not require any technical setup or integrations.

You create a project, add your brand, competitors, and prompts, and the platform handles the rest. This makes it easy to get started without developer involvement.

Yes. You can cancel a project at any time.

If you are on a monthly plan, your project will continue running until the end of the current billing period. The same applies to yearly plans, the project remains active until the paid period ends.

After your subscription ends, no further prompts are run toward AI platforms. Your project data is retained for a limited period in case you return. After that, the project is automatically deleted.

You can change your plan at any time.

If you upgrade

Your upgrade takes effect immediately.

Stripe automatically calculates the price difference for the remaining billing period and charges only the prorated amount. Your new limits, such as prompt and competitor caps, are updated instantly.

If you downgrade

Your downgrade is scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Until then, your current plan remains active. When the new billing period starts, your project switches to the lower plan and the new limits apply.

If you upgrade after scheduling a downgrade

If you upgrade while a downgrade is scheduled, the downgrade is automatically canceled and your upgrade is applied immediately.

During the free trial

During the 14-day trial, you can switch between plans freely at no cost. The remaining trial days are preserved regardless of plan changes.
